Obituary for Faith Elizabeth (Riccitelli) Becker Faith Elizabeth (Riccitelli) Becker
Gifted Musician Devoted Her Life To Full-Time Christian Service

Faith Elizabeth (Riccitelli) Becker, 83, of Marlton, New Jersey went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 12, 2009.

She died at Virtua West Jersey Hospital.

Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on June 20, 1926, Faith was raised in Roselle Park. She attended Saint Paul Bible Institute in Minnesota where she met her husband, the late Rev. John H. Becker of Chicago, Illinois.

Faith loved serving the Lord and devoted her life to full-time Christian service.

She was a trained and gifted musician, with a passion for composing music. She also sang and played numerous musical instruments including the piano, ukulele, accordion and trumpet. Everyone loved her enthusiasm when her ventriloquism doll, "Suzi," seemed to come to life from her suitcase or when her colorful puppets told the story of salvation from the Bible.

Faith and John were known for their music, singing and playing duets on the piano and saxophone. She used her many gifts and talents as a testimony for Christ. Together, she and her husband pastored numerous churches in the Eastern United States. During the 1970's they also served throughout the U.S. as the National Evangelistic Team for the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches.

Surviving are her brother, Rev. James M. Riccitelli and wife, Ruth of Toledo, OH and her 3 devoted children and their families: son and daughter-in-law, Daniel Becker and Laurie Zettwoch of Islandia, NY; son and daughter-in-law, Christian and Marion Becker of Buena Vista, VA, and daughter and son-in-law, Dale Faith and Dean Hildebrand of Voorhees, NJ. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grand children.

Faith was honored as part of a memorial service on Nov. 18th at the Wiley Church in Marlton, NJ. A private burial took place at the Brig. General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.

Memorial donations may be made to the Wiley Mission, 99 E Main Street, Marlton, NJ 08053.

Arrangements were handled by Bradley Funeral Home, Marlton, NJ.
