Glasgow Library Resumes Children's Programs   The Glasgow Library will resume its children's programs beginning Wednesday, September 30. Rock-a-Bye Reader is designed for infants (3 to 36 months) and their caregivers. Nursery rhymes, free play, stories, and parenting resources will be featured. Rock-a-Bye Reader will run each Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. Preschool story and craft time resumes Wednesday, September 30, following Rock-A-Bye Reader. These programs feature stories, crafts and activities designed for children ages three to five. Story and craft time will run each Wednesday from 1 p.m t 2 p.m. All programs are free and open to the public. Call 540-258-2509 for more information.
