Astronomy Night Set for Oct. 22 at DSLCC   Dabney S. Lancaster Community College will host Astronomy Night on Thursday, October 22, at 8 p.m. on the main campus in Clifton Forge. Visitors are asked to gather in front of Backels Hall. The event is free and open to the public. David Barrett, Associate Professor, will lead the evening's activities. Individuals who would like to attend are asked to call DSLCC Non-Credit Coordinator Judy Clark at (540) 863-2863 to reserve a space and register through the non-credit program. The first fifteen participants will be admitted. Participants should note that if the sky is cloudy or if it is raining that evening, the event will be postponed.
