Railroad Work To Temporarily Close Portion Of Little River Road   A portion of Route 614 (Little River Road) in Rockbridge County will be closed for railroad work. The closure will take place on Thursday, Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.. The closure is located from .3 mile east of Route 42 (Virginia Avenue) to 1.0 mile west of Route 601 (Millard Burke Memorial Highway). Buckingham Branch Railroad will be performing the work. All work is weather permitting. The VDOT Staunton District serves Frederick, Shenandoah, Clarke, Warren, Page, Rockingham, Augusta, Highland, Rockbridge, Alleghany and Bath counties.
