Trash Collection, Recycling Delayed In BV   The city of Buena Vista announced that trash collection for the week of December 21-25 would be delayed due to alleyway conditions. The city released the following statement to the public on Monday: "The Department of Public Works will make every effort to reach each household through the week, although a normal collection schedule will not be possible. Thank you in advance for your understanding." Additionally, the city noted that no recycling will be done from Dec. 21-25 either. "Recyclable materials may still be placed in the large blue container at 14th St near AutoRecyclers," the city indicated. "Please be aware that recycling colleciton may also be delayed the week of December 28th as larger than normal collections are anticipated."
